This has been on the local news and in the papers this weekend. Personally I think it is an ingenious way of selling a home that has been unable to sell in this market. Raffleing off a home to pay off the loan and sell the house, then giving the rest of the proceeds to charity… a win win scenario in my opinion for all involved. What do you think?
