Those who cannot remembr the past are condemned to repeat it

Studying history is necessary to avoid repeating past mistakes.  This saying comes from the writings of George Santayana, a Spanish-born American author of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.

Reading the Miami Herald online this morning I stumbbled upon this article and the above quote was the first thing that came to my mind.  I have done alot of reserch concerning our economic situation and the tie-in with the real estate market so that I can better understand how we got here and what if anything could be done to prevent the same from happening again.  

Today we pretty much all agree that the market is cyclical
